“This extensive home renovation project in Doubleview faced several challenges, including uneven floor surfaces requiring significant packing and the presence of asbestos in the walls. Despite these difficulties, the transformation achieved remarkable results, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the home.

Key elements of the project included the removal of all exterior weatherboard and the extension to the front of the house. The renovation also encompassed updating two bathrooms, the laundry, and creating a spacious open-plan living and dining area. New flooring was installed throughout the home, providing a cohesive and modern look. Additionally, the roof and windows were replaced with double glazing for improved insulation and energy efficiency.

The exterior received a facelift with new weatherboard cladding, while the interior was enhanced with a stylish fireplace unit combined with a TV unit. The renovation also focused on seamlessly integrating the outdoor garden with the home’s interior, creating a harmonious flow and an inviting living space.”
