What is the Warranty period?

Defects will be covered for a period of six years for structural issues and one year for non-structural defects, starting from the completion of the works.

Where to start! Andy and the team at Perway took on my disaster of a build when no one else would. From the initial onsite consultation, to contract signing - the process has been a breeze. Andy committed to getting me into my home by Christmas, and he delivered. The quality of work and communication throughout the build has been exceptional. We had a few unforeseen works pop up, but Andy and the team were on top of it, ensuring there were no delays. I will be forever grateful to the team at Perway, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home. Andy & the team delivered the project on time and on budget, the service was 5 star, they were tidy and courteous to our neighbours. Andy gave us regular updates (WhatsApp videos & messages) on the progress and was accessible & responsive to all our enquiries. The progress Gant chart was fantastic and helped us track and plan. If Andy suggests something we trusted him and he always guided us in the right direction. The whole process from the first meeting, the planning, the contract, the build and the handover was seamless. The tradies were like part of the family. Our only regret is that we were in such a rush to get back into the house (had visitors coming from overseas) that we didn’t have time for Andy & his team to come & do the professional photos. The follow up service has been top class. We would definitely recommend this team 🙏🏼 we are so proud of our beautiful home 🏠 now.Project- kitchen & bathroom full renovation, addition of en-suite, replace some doors and windows, lighting fixtures updated, new flooring and skirting boards throughout, full paint throughout.

Amazing experience with Andy, Louise and the whole team at Perway. We had our 60s bathroom, toilet and laundry renovated into an amazing space that we still can't believe is actually ours. The customer service, communication and quality of the build was first class. No project is ever perfect, but they were fairly close and any issues were sorted quickly and transparently. The team at Perway assisted with our home rennovation this year and we couldn't be happier with the end result. It was quite extensive work with an extension, new flooring, windows, exterior cladding and new modern kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. The care and craftmanship to get the job done well was evident throughout the process and Andy and his team and subcontractors worked hard to ensure communication was smooth throughout the process to ensure everyone was hapopy with the end result. We love being back in our "new" old home and are enjoying how much lighter, brighter and more functional all the spaces have become.

We used Perway to convert our upstairs balcony into a nursery/ home office. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Clear and upfront with costings. Great communication. Even very bravely continued working through a giant bee swarm that decided to make our backyard fence home. Workmanship was excellent. All trades that were used were lovely to deal with and left their work spaces clean. Overall 5/5 experience.

Huge thank you to Andy and his excellent team at Perway Construction on completing a big renovation for us on time, in just over 3 weeks, as quoted. We are absolutely thrilled to bits and extremely impressed with our beautiful new upper floor, comprising of a huge bedroom, large walk in robe, beautiful living area and the highlight being the creation of a luxurious new bathroom! A massive thank you to Andy and his team at Perway Construction Services. We decided to renovate my elderly parent’s unit before they moved in. Andy met us during the Easter Break, had a quote in within a few days and commenced the following week. They renovated two bathrooms and a laundry. The cost came in very close to the agreed quote, as we required a few additions along the way. Andy was straight onto everything we requested. Any queries/concerns were dealt with immediately.The 10 Unit complex was not compromised and respect and mindfulness shown to the residents during the build was lovely.So... the end result?Magnificent! .. it looked so different and brand new.We highly recommend Andy and him teamwork a job well done.Would happily give a verbal feedback should anyone require it. Perway Construction recently completed some maintenance over eight days on our eight unit strata complex in Tuart Hill.After our annual AGM earlier in the year our strata manager suggested that we obtain quotes to identify items in common areas to be repaired/painted etc.Perway visited, Andy walked around with us to identify each task, taking photos and noting items. While this seemed simple it made working out the final quote and items to be included not so clear. The quote was re-worked although once work commenced we had variations to include items that were necessary that were not clearly identified when quoted.In saying all of that were quite happy with the final quote, once Martin commenced he worked exceptionally well - quality work on varied tasks which included repairing and painting external gates, repairing and painting carport timbers, replacing bricks, concreting fence posts.As work progressed we saw other items that needed repair - we had a further variation for repairing and painting flashing on the roof near each carport and to West facing unit walls. These repairs were vital to waterproofing for the future.One thing that we learnt from the quoting process is that we must understand building terms, be clear and to agree on jobs required.We are pleased with the completed work, the co-operation & flexibility of Andy together Martin's work quality and professionalism.We recommend Perway Construction Services.

Andy and his team are exception hard workers and proficient craftsmen. They undertook a reasonably sized renovation, mainly to the front of our property and have added significant value. They covered all aspects of the job, rather than having to manage and organise various trades and met the timeframes required for completion. All of the tradesmen were easy to talk to and respectful (given it can be an intrusive time when undertaking large works). I would definitely recommend Perway.

Had the Perway team come over to do my kitchen renovation. All work was carried out to a high standard and within a decent timeframe. They removed a wall and section of roof and replastered, rewired and replumbed kitchen, prepped all walls for tiling and tiled. End product was amazing. I was so happy i booked them straight away to do my bathroom and again i was so pleased with the results. House looks completely different.
