- And, people ask me the whole time, I also ask this question Joel, when we meet clients from the initial meetings, what we do, we ask them- I ask them, "Do you watch The Block or do you watch Grand Designs?" And the reason why I ask that question is because when people watch The Block, they think this is going to be done, very quickly. And, uh, that doesn't happen as we know. Especially in renovations.

- Yeah. For sure, you know, a lot of people say that as well. It's like, "Oh, you know, in The Block, they do it in this amount of timeframe." It's just like, "Yeah but you want to see the defect list that's got to get fixed after all that's been done."

- Yeah

- That type of TV show compared to Grand Designs. If you've watched Grand Designs it's sort of like the realistic version of building.

- Yeah.

- What actually happens compared to like, what The Block is.

- Yep.

- It's, yeah, the timeframes and things they've said is just ridiculous, it's just not doable.

- Yeah, and...

- And the costings with it too that they put out there.

- Yeah. And then they have about 50 trades men behind the scenes working all night and all day trying to get that job done because the reality, you know.
