ABOUT THIS PROJECT

“Transforming a repeat client’s home in Willetton, this kitchen renovation project perfectly blends energy efficiency with stylish design. The client aimed to create a beautiful, open, and inviting space while enhancing the home’s energy efficiency. This renovation was part of a broader plan to update the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, and relaxing patio area in which the client carried out in stages.

The kitchen now features Grunge Aqua non-rectified, textured subway tiles for a striking wall finish. The flooring is adorned with durable vinyl planks, and the walls are finished with a sheen paint for a polished look. The ceilings boast a smooth appearance with Dulux flat paint, while trims are accentuated with Dulux gloss finish paint.

Double glazed awning windows were chosen for their superior insulation and ventilation properties, aligning with the client’s energy efficiency goals. The kitchen countertops in White Truffle are beautifully complemented by Polytec ‘Classic White’ matt cabinets, a Polytec ‘Oasis’ smooth island back panel, and Woodmatt open shelving, flyover, and trim, creating a contemporary and cohesive look.

Modern appliances, including a black ceramic cooktop, stainless steel rangehood, and dishwasher, add both functionality and aesthetic appeal to the space. An interior designer was also involved to ensure a harmonious and stylish outcome.”
