This versatile granny flat gym integrates seamlessly into the client’s backyard and pool area, providing a state-of-the-art home gym today while being fully equipped for a future conversion into a comfortable granny flat.
Our design included a sleek bathroom with a shower, a spacious gym area, and all the necessary plumbing for an easy future kitchen installation. The space is also prepared for an infrared sauna, ensuring a luxurious and health-focused environment.
Built with high-quality passive principles, this project features a heat recovery system to effectively manage moisture and condensation, a Pro Clima wrap for superior insulation, and an impressive 8-star energy rating. Every detail, from the arched mirrored shaving cabinet to the matte black tapware, reflects our commitment to quality and style. The floor-mounted vanity unit with an electric hot water system and stacking slider doors enhance the space’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.
